Hygiene Intelligence is the public service name of TECH-HYGIENE LIMITED. The service is designed for facilities and Soft FM teams reviewing cleaning performance in London. If you manage a building elsewhere in the UK, discuss its location and visit availability with us.
What we bring to the review
During each monthly site visit, our team gathers and reviews independent evidence from agreed surfaces. We then provide a private cleaning-performance brief before the regular cleaning meeting. Where records are suitable to compare, your team can review repeated observations over time.
Provider updates, your team’s observations and our independent findings remain distinct. Your facilities team leads the discussion and decides what to do next.
The limits of our service
We are not a cleaning contractor. Our evidence covers only the agreed surfaces at the time of each visit; it is not pathogen testing, whole-building certification or a health and safety assessment. The service works alongside your existing facilities records and does not replace your facilities management software.
